Named after her grandmother, Flarah, and having learned the art of cooking from her, it only seemed fitting to bring Erin Flarah Van Dorin’s heritage into something that brings her so much joy…creating in the kitchen.  Flarah’s is crazy about great tasting cheesecakes, dessert bars, and…well, food in general.  While many of Erin’s recipes are new and self-developed, some of them were handed down from her grandmother.  She has always enjoyed baking, and some of her earliest memories with her grandmother took place in her kitchen.  Erin truly hopes you enjoy eating her tasty treats as much as she enjoys making them.  Flarah’s is devoted to bringing you a creative approach to cheesecakes and bars, using only the best ingredients, but most of all, creating them with passion.  Erin and Flarah’s looks forward to serving the “sweet” needs of all her new and repeat customers in the years to come.
