Garbage to the Teeth

Episode #001

Episode #001 - Garbage to the Teeth

Spaghetti. 19 pounds a year consumed by Americans alone, and that’s being conservative. Which means approximately 1,914,100,000 pounds of it will end up right in the can…from Sicily to Icky. That’s a LOT of wasted spaghetti. Time to give that cold, sticky mess of chaos a facelift—and a second chance on the table.

Guest Chef Andrea Williams and Emily Gross take the fishiness OUT of what to do with the leftover marinara, by baking IN a Mediterranean Tilapia. They accompany that by salvaging the spaghetti noodles into a delectable crispy noodle cake garnished with kalamata olives.

Then, Erin Van Dorin hits the scene, utilizing those forgotten noodles in a creamy casserole that will empty your cupboards and your fridge of all the odds and ends that lurk there--making your family yearn for leftover night.

Matt and Shawn finish things off with a dump all cold dish, Thai Shrimp and Noodles. And it is literally that, a dish chock full of what you can find in your fridge, dump, and mix in…with peanuts.

4 dishes SO good, you’ll be using THEIR leftovers to make…well, spaghetti.

It’s garbage to the teeth, angiare con avidità!
